Hi, I'm Sara, a Virtual Assistant and owner of Sara's Office Services. I live in Ashford, Kent, am married to Steve and have 5 children and 3 cats.
I started my working life with one of the top five Chartered Accountants in London working as an Executive Assistant for a Partner and 3 Senior Managers. Throughout my working life I have also worked as a Childminder, an office manager for a children's party company, a transcriptionist, a call handler for the out of hours GP service and an admin & finance manager for a local charity that supported unpaid family carers. It was here that I discovered my passion for finance and bookkeeping.
I am experienced in Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and Clearbooks for both bookkeeping and payroll, and am also QuickBooks certified.

As a Virtual Assistant I have worked with clients in the areas of HR, Biosciences research, Storytelling through Virtual Reality, Estate Agency, Sash window repairs, Pharmaceuticals and Mental Health training.

I am fully insured, ICO registered, a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants and a Mental Health First Aider.

Hi, I'm Amy and I became a Virtual Assistant when returning to work after Maternity Leave. I Live in Ashford Kent with my Husband Luke, and my daughter.
My working life started at 16 years old when I became a Christmas Temp at Argos before becoming a full-time member of staff when I finished school. Throughout this role I learnt a lot about customer service and I enjoyed working with the public. I started taking on administration tasks when I was given the role of cashing up the tills at the end of the day and managing the cash intake reporting for my store.
I then worked for a local Charity and took on many different roles including day-to-day admin, database management, being the first point of contact for clients, data extraction and creating reports for commissioners. This is where I found my passion for data processing, admin and I do love a spreadsheet! Alongside this role I also completed a Business Admin Apprenticeship to expand my knowledge and skills.
Working alongside Sara I am ready to help with your admin, database and data analysis needs.
